Reaching out for support takes courage, especially when you're dealing with something personal. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or you're not quite sure what's going on, therapy can help you make sense of things. I'm here to support you in exploring what's really happening and finding a way forward that feels right for you.
If you'd like to talk things through before committing to ongoing therapy, I offer an initial 50-minute consultation session. There's no pressure to commit afterwards; it’s just a chance for us to have a discussion about what you're looking for and whether we might be a good fit. Some people prefer to book several sessions to then see how that feels, and that's fine too.

I work from a Psychodynamic foundation, which means we explore how your past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns shape what's happening for you now. I also draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy techniques to help you better understand and work with difficult emotions. It's gentle, collaborative work that focuses on developing self-awareness and helping you move towards the life you want.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, attachment issues, loss, stress, and identity concerns. I also support individuals navigating forensic matters and those at risk of harmful behaviour, working preventatively in a thoughtful, non-judgemental way. Whether your difficulties feel overwhelming or you're just stuck in patterns you'd like to shift, we can work together to understand what's happening and explore what might help.
I work with both individuals and couples experiencing sexual and intimacy concerns.
Psychosexual therapy addresses the connection between psychological, emotional, and physical aspects of sexuality and intimacy. Sexual difficulties are rarely just physical. They're often connected to our emotions, past experiences, relationship dynamics, shame, or trauma. My way of working acknowledges all of this. It's talk-only therapy (there's never any physical contact or nudity) that's gentle, practical, and focused on helping you develop a healthier, more fulfilling relationship with your sexuality and intimate connections.
I support people with sexual dysfunction and difficulties; sexual trauma recovery; body image and sexual confidence concerns; questions about sexual identity and orientation; compulsive sexual behaviour (sometimes referred to as 'sex addiction'); intimacy and desire differences; and relationship concerns affecting your sexual connection. Whether you're dealing with physical difficulties, anxiety about sex, past experiences affecting intimacy now, or you're simply not sure why sex feels difficult or disconnected, we can explore it together.
I currently offer therapy primarily online, which I've found to be particularly accessible and comfortable for people discussing intimate and personal topics. Many clients appreciate being able to engage with therapy from the privacy of their own space, especially when exploring sexual and relationship concerns. I use Zoom, a secure platform with end-to-end encryption.
Sessions usually last 50 minutes, and we usually meet once a week, though we can adjust the duration or frequency if needed.
I offer workshops on mental wellbeing and psychosexual topics for organisations, groups, and teams. These are designed to be informative, accessible, and tailored to your specific needs.
Workshops are priced on request depending on the topic, duration, and group size. If you're interested in booking a workshop or would like to discuss something else that might work for your organisation, please get in touch.
If you're ready to get started or you'd like to know more, please get in touch. We can arrange an initial consultation, book you in for a short block of sessions, or I can give you more information about workshops.
